You think Spanish is hard? At least Spanish has specific rules and follows those rules most of the time. English just makes it up as it goes along. If you think Spanish is hard to learn, try to imagine learning English.

We don’t know where you are at in your Spanish so it’s impossible to suggest something for you. Websites, games, books, et cetera are all in varying levels. Talk to your teacher. I am sure your teacher knows of a plethora of things you can do to get better and once your teacher knows you’re struggling but trying s/he will be more willing to help you out during class and make sure you absolutely know what’s happening.

My biggest problem in learning spanish is the fact that I cannot understand the rules. Masculine/Fem ect. Words change the way they said to fit a sentence or mood or emotion. I have tried and and tried to learn but it has been a failed attempt thus far.

Practice writing and speaking…it will all come in time. You just have to get used to their sentence structure and try not to compare to English.

Yes, it can be frustrating. I think it depends what method you’re implementing to learn the language.

You learn the grammar or use it as a reference tool? If you memorize words that’s a bad way to learn Spanish. Instead, use mnemonics (the principle of associating words). It’s lot easier.

Also, maybe you should try some Spanish language software apps to help you learn the language like Rocket Spanish:

It costs a little but it’s totally worth it because it helped me get to a decent level.

My advice: DON’T GIVE UP!!!!!! Be a champion, you can do it.
